♡Payment and prices reflect commissions for personal use only. If you would like to commission me to design your merchandise or characters, please email me to discuss it. Commissions may NOT be used for commercial purposes or for profit, nor may they be minted for NFT or any type of crypto currency/art or fed into or used for AI.♡As the artist, I have the right to reject a commission request, post finished commissions to my social media or on my website (unless told not to by the client), and showcase artwork as a sample for future clients.♡As the client, you have the right to post the artwork on social media with credit to myself as the artist, use the artwork for personal use, and the right to a full refund if there is no communication between the artist and client for 120 days.♡ I will not draw porn, certain kinks/fetishes, intense gore, overly complex props/mechs, pedophilic/incest content, real life people without given consent.♡Up to 3 major changes may be asked for after sketches are approved. More detailed changes could add additional charges, so please be specific and provide references!♡If your character/subject matter is too complex, additional costs may apply
ex: detailed armor/clothing, detailed weapons, robotic parts, complex animal traits, etc.

PAYMENT AND RETURN POLICIES

♡Payment may be done through paypal or credit/debit. The artist is not responsible for credit/debit fees that may apply♡All prices are in USD. Conversion costs will be handled by the client.
♡The commission must be paid in full before I begin work with references provided.♡2 sketches will be sent to the commissioner (unless specific pose is asked for). Refunds can be given before the approval of the sketches. Once the sketch is confirmed, no refund can be given.
♡ If I, the artist, do not give you a written or verbal update with your commission within 120 days (4 months), the client has the right to a full refund (even if sketches have been approved).♡ I, the artist, reserve the right to cancel a commission at anytime. In the event a commission must be canceled, work in progresses will be sent to the client along with a full refund.
